Founder/ Head Pastry Chef/ Co-Owner
Aisha, a native Oregonian, developed a love for baking at a young age, learning from her aunt and great-grandmother. She earned her Baking and Pastry certificate from Santa Rosa Junior College at 19, which led her to The Culinary Institute of America, where she completed her Associate degree in Baking & Pastry Arts. Aisha gained extensive experience working in various bakeries in Portland and Eugene, including her role as head pastry chef at Le Cookie Monkey under founder Amber Darrington.
Beyond baking, Aisha is passionate about partner dancing, including West Coast Swing, Lindy Hop, Blues, and Argentine Tango. She is also dedicated to cannabis education, finding it essential for healing her trauma and managing her PTSD. Aisha finds great joy in sharing resources to help others on their healing journeys.
